Give us a company number and your email. We will tell you when its Companies House record changes, so you do not have to keep checking.
What we watch for
Insolvency status
When the register shows the company entering liquidation, administration or another insolvency process.
Strike off action
When an active proposal to strike the company off the register is recorded, or when one is withdrawn.
Overdue accounts
When the annual accounts become overdue on the register.
Each alert is a plain statement of the change and its date, with a link to the full record. We never add an opinion. You can stop the alerts at any time from a link in every email.
